Guys.. Lets talk couple shoots. These can be such a great way of getting used to being in front of the camera if you're slightly nervous about having your photos taken on your wedding day, it's also a lush opportunity for us to meet you guys and become pals too :)

Couple shoots aren't restricted to just engaged couples. We offer shoots to everyone, whether you're getting married and having us photograph your wedding or if you just want to celebrate your love in photographs.

// WHAT SHOULD WE BRING TO THE SHOOT WITH US? //
Yourselves! .. Like always, we're all about making a huge event of every event, whether that be Brunch or Eurovision, so why not make the most of your shoot? it's not every day you have professional photos taken, so embrace the whole shoot and plan the f*ck out of it! The more detail you think about the more awesome your images will be. Some ideas of things that you could bring with you:
- a flower crown
- floral bouquet
- Blankets
- Jackets
- prosecco / beers - have some drinks during the shoot! get loose, this will look awesome for photos!
// WHEN CAN I BOOK MY PRE WEDDING SHOOT FOR? //
We always stress that we only book pre wedding shoots during mid-week (Monday - Thursday). As you can imagine, our diaries are pretty full with weddings from June - September so we have super limited availability to take on pre wedding shoots during this time too. Give us a message and we can sort out a date. :)
* Another thing to think of is sunrise/sunset time. We strongly suggest your shoot being +/- 2 hours from sunrise or sunset as this is when the light is best *
// WHAT TIME IS BEST TO HAVE OUR SHOOT? //
We're all about light and getting the absolute best light for portrait sessions which is why we we suggest booking your shoot in for around 60-90 minutes either side of sunrise or sunset. This is when the sun is super low so you're more likely to get some epic sun flare. It also means the sun isn't too high which can actually be quite difficult to work with sometimes & we're all about making the most of light :)
// HOW MUCH IS A PRE WEDDING SHOOT & HOW LONG DO THEY LAST? //
Our portrait sessions start from £350.00 for up to 60 minutes at a local (to us) destination. If you're thinking that you would like your shoot to take place somewhere super special to you guys which is further afield and/or want to book in a longer shoot that's totally fine! We offer additional coverage + hang out sessions too so just drop us a message and we can get the ball rolling with this.
// WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SHOOT? //
This is a real simple one. Generally it depends on what you guys feel comfortable in but we definitely want to stress that the shoot is what you guys make it. We love it when couples make a huge effort and get all dressed up like you would for 'date night' have your make up done professionally if you really want to go all out!
- Bring a jacket so you can change things up during the session
- flower crowns, head pieces, hats or throws.
// WHERE CAN WE HAVE OUR SHOOT? //
Where is special to you?
Do you want to go for city vibes or something more rural? We're totally happy to take your lead on this or we have a range of awesome spots that we can suggest.
We're always on the look out for the new locations as we want to produce something totally unique every time we go out to shoot
We can shoot in the Northumberland hills or an abandoned petrol station, whatever you want!
